Carpentry

We perform our own carpentry from foundation to roof, framing to finish. This ensures consistently high quality, seen and unseen. We also perform carpentry services for other builders on a sub-contract basis.

Project Management

From concept to punch-list we run a tight ship. This means a clean, safe job-site and open communication. We foster strong relationships with sub-contractors who are experts in their field, and ensure that the highest standards of workmanship are met.

Design

Henry Ryals

Henry Ryals, Owner / RMI

Henry is the founder of RDB. He is a Journeyman carpenter with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, and a graduate of the Pacific Northwest Carpenters Institute. In his 6 years of experience he has worked for commercial and residential builders in Oregon and Hawaii. In his free time he enjoys studying classical architecture and playing guitar and trumpet.

Zac Romancier

Zac Romancier, Carpenter

Zac has been in the carpentry trade for four years and is being trained to oversee a crew of his own. He also has experience in painting, landscaping, glazing and home maintenance. Since 2014 Zac has volunteered with Linn Co. Search & Rescue and is an avid outdoorsman.
